Introducing for the first time in Vadodara - Beginners Aerial silk workshop. On 30th July 2023, Sunday at 11.00 am at The Brewery.
Aerial silk is a movement practice which is a combination of dance, gymnastics, and circus arts. Slightly different than Aerial Yoga, this movement is performance based skill that can be scaled up and down. Though it looks quite daunting in the beginning, it is a fun and achievable skill with practice and right guidance. So if this calls to you, dm us for details. This workshop is open to all levels of practioners and all ages. Even if you are a complete beginner and have not done any kind of movement or fitness practice, its open to you as well
Workshop details:
We will be holding 5 day workshop over 3 weekends.
1st Introductory session - 30 July (Sunday)
2nd and 3rd sessions - 5th and 6th August (Saturday and Sunday)
4th and 5th sessions - 12th and 13th August (Saturday and Sunday)
